Calling all Crafters, Artisans, and providers of locally crafted goods. FernFest is retuning for it’s 18th year of being the BEST urban block-party in all of BC, that circus extravaganza of fun and revelry. If you are a maker of ethical products, we want to collaborate with you.
When: Saturday, June 22nd, 2013 from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm (Set-up at 9:00 am)
Where: On Gladstone Avenue between the Fernwood Community Centre and Fernwood Square. (Note — This is an outdoor venue, the market will go on outdoors rain or shine. You must provide your own tent if it rains.)
Why: Drawing in over 2,000 people, FernFest is not only an awesome neighbourhood celebration but also a fundraiser for Fernwood NRG. You will be supporting a good cause, and having a great time to boot!
How: To get involved simply fill out the Application Form, let us know the products you plan to sell in addition to why they are ethical, and when approved pay in advance by cheque or cash to secure your spot. Note that you are also accountable to make your table look absolutely amazing!!

To submit your payment with your completed application form to the Fernwood NRG Outreach Office at 1313 Gladstone Ave, Victoria, BC, V8R 1R9, between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday to Friday or at the Fernwood Community Centre at 1240 Gladstone Avenue between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday to Friday.
All applications and payments must be submitted by May 31st, 2013
