Zumba

Starting Sunday 10th September, 2017

Zumba Fitness® is the only Latin-inspired dance-fitness program that blends red-hot international music, created by Grammy Award-winning producers, and contagious steps to form a “fitness-party” that is downright addictive! With easy to follow steps lead by a fun and engaging instructor, this fun and high energy fitness burns calories and helps you to lose weight. Music is naturally the main ingredient to Zumba® classes and helps to move the workout from one toning, strengthening or cardio move to another, targeting every major muscle group in the body.  The goal of a Zumba Fitness® instructor is to make you want to exercise, and to love exercise. Fun and easy to do, Zumba is the type of fitness exercise you’ll want to do every day and enjoy doing it. By the end of the class, you’ll wish you started years ago! Join Noriko of Dance Fitness With Lizy for 1 hour of your day to forget the housework, the homework, the kids, the chores and turn up the music and turn off life! For one hour you are free to dance like no one is watching, there are no mistakes, this is your style, there is no experience necessary.  Zumba® is for all shapes, sizes, fitness levels and 14+. Please note, children are not to accompany participating adults as no childcare is available.
