Adult Floor Hockey (Co-ed 19+)
Drop-in floor hockey takes place from 6:45pm to 9:45 pm in the gym. Come join in! Wooden sticks not permitted and no scuff shoes only.

Aviva Method Dance Therapy Workshops
Aviva Method is a form of natural therapy through dance movements. The exercises are designed to improve women’s and men’s reproductive health. The method can be useful for various issues such as menstrual cramps or to increase fertility for men and women. To register, go to www.avivamethod.ca.

Aviva Post Natal/Incontinence Workshop
This workshop is designed for women who wish to strengthen and regenerate their abdominal core muscles, and the anal, vaginal and urethral sphincters, as well as to improve elasticity of the joints of the vertebrae, ribcage and pelvis. During this three-hour workshop women will learn two exercise sequences for a take-home practice. Pre-registration required. Email info@avivamethod.ca with inquiries and to register.

Beginner Canine Freestyle
This class will introduce you and your dog to the world of Canine Musical Freestyle. You will teach your dogs the tricks and moves required to put together a routine to music. Level 2 Freestyle
This course gives you more moves and insight into the sport of Freestyle. More emphasis is placed on attention and response from your dog and developing a deeper working relationship. Boot Camp
Victoria Bootcamp.ca specializes in fun, effective boot camp workouts for all fitness levels. Functional, total body exercises as well as nutrition and wellness principals are implemented in order to ensure the best possible results with all of our clients.

Guitar for Adults
Students will build their own style by adapting techniques from different styles of guitar and genres of music. Students supply their own six-string guitar. Classical guitars recommended.

Hatha Yoga
A traditional form of yoga, incorporating breath, balance, and body awareness. Holding and flowing through postures focusing on strengthening weak areas and lengthening tight areas. First class is $5.00.

Iyengar Yoga
Working through a basic syllabus, this class will help participants create a clearer, more accurate knowledge of themselves and their bodies. Classes will progress towards establishing a short home practice sequence.

Laughter Yoga
Are you ready to start taking life less seriously? Join us for an energizing, joyful, healing class which uses laughter, games, and breathing exercises to release stress and improve our physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. Laughter yoga is for people of all ages and abilities: no experience, flexibility, or strength is needed, just a willingness to have FUN!

LifeRing Secular Recovery

Victoria Street Soccer
Victoria Street Soccer is a volunteer-run, non-profit organization dedicated to providing a fun and healthy atmosphere for the street community, including men and women who are homeless, in transition housing or in low-income housing, youth at risk or people with mental health or addition issues (www.victoriastreetsoccer.com/).

Zumba is an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired dance fitness-party that is moving millions of people toward joy and health. You do not have to be a dancer to do Zumba. As long as you love music and enjoy dancing, your body will follow your heart.
