Child Recreation – Winter Term (January – April) 2018

Family Resource Program (0-5 years)

A drop-in interactive group for parent and children to have fun, bond and interact through crafts, circle time, and play. This program also provides opportunities for role modeling and in-the-moment learning around positive parenting, child safety and development, all while promoting secure parent-child relationships.

When: Thursday & Friday, 9:30am-11:30am
Cost: Drop-in/by donation



Parent-Child Mother Goose®

The Parent-Child Mother Goose Program® is a group experience for parents and their babies and young children.  The program introduces adults and children to the pleasure and power of using rhymes, songs, and stories together. Parents gain skills and confidence which can enable them to create positive family patterns during their children’s crucial early years.  Children benefit from enjoyable, healthy early experiences with language and communication.

When: Monday, 11:00am-11:45am

Kindergym is a movement program designed for children and their caregiver to play together. Balls, hoops, ride-on toys, climbers and mats allow children to creatively explore and get their sillies out! Limit of 30 children.

When: Saturday, 10:30am-12:30pm
