Calling all Crafters, Artisans and providers of Locally Made Goods
FernFest is retuning for its 19th year of being the BEST urban block-party in all of BC, a circus extravaganza of fun and revelry. If you are a maker of ethical products, we want to collaborate with you. Drawing in over 2,000 people, FernFest is not only an awesome neighbourhood celebration but also a fundraiser for Fernwood NRG. You will be supporting a good cause, and having a great time to boot!
Date: Saturday, June 21st, 2014, 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Location: Gladstone Avenue, between Fernwood Square and the Fernwood Community Centre. This is an outdoor event – rain or shine.
Fernwood NRG would like to attract a wide offering of unique items made by artisans, crafters, artists, vintage collectors, local food producers, and more including:
- Vendors selling products made (or grown) by hand
- Vendors selling products produced in the Capital Regional District (CRD) and southern Vancouver Island
- Radically recycled, re-purposed or up-cycled products
- Vendors selling fruits, vegetables, plants, seeds, flowers, bread products, honey, home-prepared preserves and original crafts
Are you interested in becoming a vendor at the FernFest Artisan Market?
To get involved simply fill out our Artisan Market Application Form, let us know the products you plan to sell in addition to why they are ethical, and submit you form by email to email@example.com or in person to the Fernwood Community Centre at 1240 Gladstone Avenue. To secure you vendor space, payment can be made by cash, debit, credit card or cheque. Here is our Policy Manual for more information. Spots are available on a first-come, first served basis.
Note that you are also accountable to make your table look absolutely amazing!!
