Here at the Fernwood Neighbourhood House we offer 3 spaces, for both one-time rentals or your long-term rental needs. We are located just steps away from the heart of Fernwood Village, and near several bus routes for your convenience. Fernwood Neighbourhood House is an accessible and welcoming space where you can host birthday parties, meetings, art shows, markets, and workshops or for running your own recreation or fitness program and more.

Gymnasium
The gymnasium is our best option for larger groups, markets, or events. With an impressive 20-foot ceiling, our gym is a great space for sports rentals and other high-energy activities. This space is also wonderfully suited for fundraisers, private parties, weddings, live music events, conferences and public presentations, or any event that you can dream up.

Multi-Purpose Room
The Multi-Purpose Room is a comfortable space here at the Neighbourhood House. This room includes a kitchenette (without utensils) and uncovered patio deck. With a large sofa and windows overlooking the park, the Multi-Purpose room has a cozy atmosphere and plenty of space to set up tables for dining, collaborative projects, games nights, workshops, meetings and more. Our Multi-Purpose Room is located on the main floor and could be connected to the Studio through double doors if available.

Studio
The studio is an open space that can be adapted for a variety of activities; from fitness classes, such as yoga or pilates, to board meetings, and smaller workshops. This room is located on the main floor and could be connected to the multi-purpose room through double doors if available.

Whole Building
The entirety of the Fernwood Neighbourhood House (Gym, Multi-Purpose Room, Studio) is available for rent for large-scale events, such as markets or conferences. This rental includes the Studio, Multi-Purpose Room, and the Gym, at a reduced package rental rate.
Entire building rentals are only available Saturday’s and Sunday’s.
