The Fernwood Neighbourhood Resource Group is currently accepting applications for its Park Place market-based affordable housing project located at 1222 Yukon Street. To qualify, we require a family grouping that includes at least one parent/guardian and one dependent child. Combined family income range must fall within $39,000 to $57,000 annually. This heritage style six-plex is adjacent to a park and each unit has a private entrance. The complex has solar assist hot water and coin-op laundry facilities. Smoking and pets are not allowed within the unit. Parking is on street. Utilities are extra and average about $50/month.
