OTSUKIMI :: Bunny Moon Market is a unique union of delicious food creatives, alchemists and an amazing roster of artists working in a magical array of spectacular mediums.
We are excited to feature creatives from Japan alongside artists who gracefully draw inspiration and whimsy from the parallels in all of our rich cultures and traditions.
We strive to curate events that are fun and inspiring, something a little different than what you may expect from a traditional market.
A highlight of our markets is the food! From traditional treats found at the Otsukimi festivals in Japan like Moon Cakes by Bee SU and Dango and other seasonal Mochi treats by Paradise Treats, AKA Teas harvested from Akari’s family farm in Nara, Kome Kome fresh rice crackers made the night before in Oaklands area. As well as fermented food experts Cozy Koji and Suribachi, Hot Dog Hustling Filipino meat on a stick using their grandmothers secret dipping sauce along with Japadog inspirations, Ootaya’s Oshi Sushi, Asian fusion dishes from Hide and Seek, Onigiri’s from Good Filling, fresh fruit baked goods from Wildfire Bakery, Coffee to Tow’s espresso bar and warm drinks, Little Sins Chocolates and Kid Sister limited edition Tokyo inspired frozen treats.

There will also be a sweet Kawaii Bouquet mini workshop to pop into where you can make your own Teeny Tiny dried bouquet with Esquimalt Flowers.
