Healthy Desserts?  Well mostly.  This class uses all plant based and mostly whole food ingredients to create wonderful desserts such as pumpkin pie and chocolate torte.  Come learn how sweet flavours and creamy textures are created using nuts and fruits instead of processed foods. Plenty of samples are provided for taking home and information on the nutritional aspects of the ingredients is provided.  This class is suitable for children 12 and up who enjoy cooking and are interested in health and or veganism.
