Fernwood Community Animation Project

This short collaborative animation was produced by over 100 members of the Fernwood neighbourhood in Victoria, B.C. It features coloured photocopies playing at a rate of 12 frames-per-second. This project was created by Morgan Rhys Tams as part of an Artist-in-Residence program at the Pandora Arts Collective in November 2014.
